The insider version
Median prices are easy to Google. What Sunday morning feels like on the block isn't.
Neighborhoods
Start with the ones I walk most. Each one gets the real numbers, the fog situation, and one spot I'd personally send you to.
Small-town main street, Tank Hill sunsets, and the fog rolls in right on schedule.
Stroller central, 24th Street, and some of the sunniest blocks in the city.
Walk-everywhere living, the best patio density in SF, mostly condos.
Divisadero corridor, big Victorians, Alamo Square around the corner.
Clement Street food, Golden Gate Park as your backyard, real fog.
9th and Irving, the N Judah, and surprisingly good weather for the west side.
Tiny, central, Victorian, and about as walkable as SF gets.
Hilltop views, Cortland Avenue, and a neighborhood that actually knows its neighbors.
A village with a BART stop and a canyon.
Dolores Park weekends, Valencia Street, and the sun.

About Claudia
I grew up helping my grandma manage her East Bay rentals, hit an 815 credit score before 24, and competed on the US national karate team three times (calm under pressure is a real skill in a multiple-offer situation). I'd rather you understand your numbers than sign anything fast.
